weird phone call

i was still lying on bed when the phone rang.
then listen to the phone. for dunno what(cant rmb) press 9.
so i pressed it.

me: hello?
person: hello??
me: hello.
(this kinda continued :\)
me: erm. the phone rang & i pick up?
person: oh. is ur parents at home?
me: no.
person: okay. put down the phone.
*person hangs up*

she didnt raise her voice when she say "put down the phone"
i highlight-ed it cause its the main point why i want blog this
is like i dont know how to put down the phone like tat. :\
